Yes - we can't stress this enough - Meet & Greets are critical and should be done at least 2 weeks ahead of your pet's stay because of the following reasons:
- You need to know whether your pet gets along with the sitter, their children, and their pets.
- You need to asses the environment your pet is going to stay in (when pet sitting at sitter's place)
- You can ensure that the Sitter's backyard meets the RSPCA property checklist << You need to read this important document.
- If the sitter is staying at your place, then it's important for you to know that you are comfortable with them staying at your place
