Can I cancel my booking after I've paid?

Yes, however the refund you get will depend on the refund policy that the Sitter has set on their listing.  You can use Cancel button which is located at the end of your booking inquiry page which looks like below;



How much of a refund will I get?

There are 3 refund types:

Flexible - If you give PetCloud & this Sitter 3 days notice prior to the stay that you wish to cancel, you'll get a full refund. If you give PetCloud and the Sitter less than 3 days notice, then they are happy to only refund 50%.

Moderate - If you give PetCloud & the Sitter give 7 days notice prior to the stay to that you wish to cancel, you'll get a full refund. If you give PetCloud and the Sitter less than 7 days notice, then you'll be refunded 50%.

Strict - The Sitter offers no refunds.

You can also email us to service@petcloud.com.au and out of courtesy, let your Sitter know too so they can accept other booking opportunities.



How long will my refund take to process?

We submit refund requests to your bank or card issuer immediately. However, you may only see the refund as a credit in your account approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank you have.
