Can I cancel my booking after I've paid?
Yes, however the refund you get will depend on the refund policy that the Sitter has set on their listing.
How much of a refund will I get?
There are 3 refund types:
Flexible - If you give PetCloud & this Sitter 3 days notice prior to the stay that you wish to cancel, you'll get a full refund. If you give PetCloud and the Sitter less than 3 days notice, then they are happy to only refund 50%.
Moderate - If you give PetCloud & the Sitter give 7 days notice prior to the stay to that you wish to cancel, you'll get a full refund. If you give PetCloud and the Sitter less than 7 days notice, then you'll be refunded 50%.
Strict - The Sitter offers no refunds.
Please always check the listing of each pet sitter, prior to making a reservation.
Always email us with any cancellation requests as early as possible: email@example.com and out of courtesy, let your Sitter know too so they can accept other booking opportunities.
