To onboard our Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers, we have a 4 Stage quality process:


Stage 1 Applicant Screening. where we interview you with regard to your motivations for the role and attitude around Customer Service. We also request for proof any relevant Animal-related qualifications from a Registered Training Organisation.  We also ask for external references from former clients, friends, and family.


Stage 2 is Criminal History Checks.  We request that all Sitters and Walkers obtain a Police Check regardless of where the stay is taking place.  The Police Check must be current within the last 12 months.  If you will be offering a Pet Taxi Service, you should also upload your current Australian Drivers License to your Verifications page.


Stage 3 is Pet Care training for Domestic Pets, this course also covers responsible dog walking, local council laws, pet transport, and the Animal Care and Protection Act 2001.


Stage 4 is Assessment, which is a multi choice quiz, where you must get a 100% pass mark.
