Sometimes travel plans change and you need to modify your booking after it’s already been booked. We're here to help. There are a couple of different ways to update your booking depending on what needs to be adjusted. Always get in touch with your pet sitter first, to confirm their availability to ensure you both agree and they are available.
Cancelling some dates of a paid booking
If you need to cancel part of your booking for some of the dates you don't need service for, then email our team firstname.lastname@example.org telling us you want a booking modification. Tell us what dates you want to cancel and what dates you wish to keep.
Extending a Booking:
If you wish to add some additional dates to the booking then head to the Sitters listing and request the extra dates you need and book online. The pet sitter will then need to approve this and then you can make a payment for the additional dates.
