When Pet Owners make an initial payment, you do not receive the funds, nor do we. It remains in a third party escrow account until both parties are happy at the end of the stay.

The Pet Owner is told by PetCloud at the point of transaction that we offer a 100% money back guarantee in the event that they don't feel there is good compatibility for any reason.  Likewise with Sitters, you are under absolutely no obligation to continue with a Meet & Greet if you felt like there were compatibility issues.
