I posted a job, and arranged for a meet and greet with the house sitter today. She never turned up. The payment has been taken from my account, even though I never gave a thumbs up. How do I cancel the job and have the payment reversed?

In the absence of the feedback for meet and greet this might happen as your authorisation is valid for 7 days only. Not to worry, please Select the booking from the upcoming booking or messages section, and click on the Cancel button, we will then organize a refund.
