Once a pet owner authorizes a booking amount, the next step is to schedule a meet and greet. A confirmed booking has a message, “Your booking is good to go!” with a countdown timer

There are 2 ways to confirm a booking. 1. Use Thumbs up button 2. Charge Owner

1. Click on Thumbs up button 

after your meet and greet, which will require pet owners consent to confirm the booking. It may take longer for pet owner to click on Thumbs up at times. No worries, now you can do this for them by clicking on Charge Owner.

2. Click on Charge Owner at any stage.

This is useful when owner confirms a booking on phone or by a text message but doesn’t click on thumbs up. This ensures the booking is funded and money is deposited into your escrow account for a payout after end date.
