If a Pet Owner makes an inquiry through your PetCloud listing but it expired as they got no response from you, it actually costs us money.  PetCloud spends money to generate leads to the website to get enquiries.  


If you don't respond, Pet Owners get frustrated, and this impacts their experience with our brand.
