When resolving Disputes, best practice is to focus on 2 things and to work together to solve it as quickly as possible.

  1. What the problem is
  2. What you want us to do to fix the problem


Then provide details:

  • Attachments such as a Bank Statement/screenshots
  • Dates and Payments.
  • Booking ID
  • Party's Bank Account Details money should be refunded into
  • How the matter arose


PetCloud always endeavours to get funds owed to Parties as quickly as possible, so if your card has expired, and you have not provided bank account details in your Payout Preference screen, we will transfer any funds owed to a free Paypal account connected with your email address as soon as possible.
